شروط الاستخدام
باستخدامك تطبيق محرم بك (Moharam Bek) أو الموقع https://moharambek.com («الخدمة») فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.
1) الحساب
- يجب تقديم بيانات صحيحة عند التسجيل والحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول.
- أنت مسؤول عن كل النشاط الذي يتم من خلال حسابك.
- لا يُسمح بالحسابات الآلية أو المزيفة أو الانتحال.
2) الاستخدام المقبول
- يُمنع نشر محتوى مخالف للقانون أو مسيء أو مضلل أو منتهك لحقوق الغير.
- يُمنع إساءة استخدام الخدمة أو تعطيلها أو محاولة الوصول غير المصرّح به.
- تلتزم بالالتزامات المحلية والإعلانية في المحتوى الذي تنشره.
3) المحتوى والملكية الفكرية
تبقى ملكية المحتوى الذي تنشره لك، وتمنحنا ترخيصًا لعرضه وتوزيعه داخل الخدمة. جميع العلامات والتصميمات الخاصة بالتطبيق مملوكة لنا.
4) الإعلانات والمدفوعات
قد تتضمن الخدمة إعلانات ومدفوعات عبر مزوّدي خدمة معتمدين، وتخضع لشروط هؤلاء المزوّدين.
5) إخلاء المسؤولية وحدود المسؤولية
تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي». لا نتحمل مسؤولية المحتوى المنشور من المستخدمين أو أي أضرار غير مباشرة.
6) الإيقاف والإنهاء
يمكننا إيقاف أو إنهاء أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط بعد الإخطار. ويمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من صفحة حذف الحساب.
7) القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية.

Terms of Use
By using the Moharam Bek app or the website https://moharambek.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms.
1) Account
- You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
- Automated, fake, or impersonating accounts are not allowed.
2) Acceptable use
- Do not post unlawful, offensive, misleading, or infringing content.
- Do not abuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service.
- You are responsible for legal and advertising obligations in the content you publish.
3) Content & intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you post and grant us a license to display and distribute it within the Service. All app trademarks and designs are owned by us.
4) Ads & payments
The Service may include ads and payments via certified providers, subject to their terms.
5) Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for user-posted content or any indirect damages.
6) Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, after notice. You may delete your account at any time from the account deletion page.
7) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
