حذف الحساب والبيانات
يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك في تطبيق محرم بك (Moharam Bek) وكل البيانات المرتبطة به في أي وقت. لست مضطرًا لتثبيت التطبيق — كل الطرق التالية متاحة:
الطريقة 1: من داخل التطبيق
- افتح التطبيق وسجّل الدخول.
- اذهب إلى الإعدادات ← الحساب.
- اختر حذف الحساب ثم أكّد الطلب.
الطريقة 2: بالبريد الإلكتروني (بدون تسجيل دخول)
أرسل بريدًا إلى العنوان التالي بعنوان «Account Deletion Request» من بريد الحساب أو مع رقم الهاتف المسجّل:
الطريقة 3: عبر صفحة «اتصل بنا»
أرسل طلب الحذف من خلال صفحة اتصل بنا، وسنبدأ الإجراء ونؤكّده معك.
ما البيانات التي يتم حذفها؟
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، كلمة المرور، والصورة الشخصية.
- المحتوى الذي أنشأته: الإعلانات، المنشورات، التعليقات، التقييمات، والكتالوجات.
- رمز الإشعارات وبيانات التحليلات المرتبطة بحسابك.
ما البيانات التي قد نحتفظ بها؟
قد نحتفظ ببعض السجلات للمدة التي يفرضها القانون فقط (مثل الالتزامات الضريبية أو مكافحة الغش)، وبنسخ احتياطية لمدة أقصاها 90 يومًا تُحذف بعدها تلقائيًا. تُحذف بيانات الحساب أو تُفقد ارتباطها بك خلال 30 يومًا من الطلب.
حذف جزء من بياناتك فقط
لحذف محتوى معيّن (إعلان/منشور/تعليق) دون حذف الحساب، يمكنك حذفه من داخل التطبيق مباشرة، أو مراسلتنا على support@mb-app.com.
Account & Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your Moharam Bek account and all associated data at any time. You don’t need the app installed — any of the methods below works:
Option 1: In the app
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Choose Delete Account and confirm.
Option 2: By email (no sign-in required)
Email the address below with the subject “Account Deletion Request”, from your account email or including your registered phone number:
Option 3: Via the Contact page
Send the deletion request through our contact page, and we will start and confirm the process with you.
What data is deleted
- Account data: name, email, phone number, password, and profile photo.
- Content you created: listings, posts, comments, reviews, and catalogs.
- Push token and analytics data linked to your account.
What data may be retained
We may retain certain records only for as long as required by law (e.g., tax or anti-fraud obligations), and backups for up to 90 days, after which they are deleted automatically. Account data is deleted or de-identified within 30 days of the request.
Delete only part of your data
To delete specific content (a listing, post, or comment) without deleting your account, delete it directly in the app, or contact us at support@mb-app.com.
